Wesbell is hiring a Steel CNC Operator for our Milverton, Ontario facility. This full-time permanent role focuses on CNC Beam Line and Angle Line operations during the afternoon shift.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines, fitting and fabricating custom steel parts, and ensuring product quality. Attention to detail and experience with structural steel is crucial in maintaining workplace safety and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to read technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain CNC Beam Line and Angle Line
• Program machines and verify accuracy of dimensions
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Follow exact fabrication layouts and drawings
• Ensure a safe and clean working workplace
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in CNC machinery or steel fabrication
• Robust communication skills
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs
• Reliable means of transportation to Milverton, ON
