Become a vital part of Arcadis' Rail & Transit team in Ontario as a Project Coordinator. This role focuses on facilitating multidisciplinary project delivery while ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and compliance throughout all phases.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers in driving successful infrastructure projects by providing key coordination across teams and stakeholders. Your attention to detail will ensure effective scheduling, cost tracking, and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will also enhance communication between internal and external partners, contributing to strategic improvements and creative methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide coordination support across all project phases • Assist in scheduling and tracking project costs • Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture key outcomes • Identify potential risks or delays proactively

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field • 3–7 years in project coordination, ideally in rail or infrastructure • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and collaboration tools • Understanding of project delivery frameworks and controls • Robust communication and interpersonal skills
