You will be responsible for investigating and resolving chargebacks, short payments, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with Sales and Logistics teams is essential to identify and rectify deduction issues for major supermarket chains and e-commerce accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions and disputes

Requirements:
