Join a major financial services modernization initiative focused on a next-generation derivatives platform. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with robust fund accounting and derivatives domain expertise to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business & technical requirements
Create BRDs, process flows, user guides, and operational runbooks
Develop training materials and support UAT activities
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Must Have:
Business Analyst experience
Financial services background with fund accounting and/or derivatives operations
Solid documentation skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical abilities





Nice to Have:
Derivatives platform or settlement process experience
Fund administration/ NAV calculation systems
Change management and UAT leadership experience
