As a senior operator reporting to the Managing Director, Ventures, you will work closely with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and co-founders. This role involves customer validation, developing business models, and guiding startups from inception to funding. Your input will focus on housing, real estate finance, and adjacent sectors, leveraging insights to support decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead venture validation and customer discovery activities • Shape business models and value propositions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy • Build a network through cold outreach and community engagement • Utilize AI tools for research and validation cycles

Requirements: • Experience in venture building or consulting • Familiarity with AI tools like Athena • Robust analytical and communication skills • Ability to build networks independently • Knowledge in real estate or related sectors
