NACG is seeking a skilled Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic to enhance our team at the Suncor Base Plant in Fort McMurray. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs on CAT/Komatsu/Hitachi machinery
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks for equipment
• Evaluate and troubleshoot various systems
• Test equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
• Mentor apprentices and aid other Mechanics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years post certification experience
• Valid Alberta Journeyman Equipment Technician certification
• Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer application knowledge
• Previous safety-sensitive work experience is an asset
