Ledcor seeks an experienced Health & Safety Lead/Manager to implement health and safety programs for pipeline projects. You will oversee compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, and facilitate training for employees and subcontractors. This position is site-based with a rotation schedule determined by project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety inspections and meet with supervisors
• Advise on Health and Safety Management Systems
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with hazard assessments and incident investigations
• Conduct HS&E; orientation for current hires
Requirements:
• 10+ years in the pipeline industry
• CRSP or equivalent certification required
• Robust technical knowledge of construction practices
• Proven communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
