As an Energy Engineer reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, you will manage an extensive Energy Management Plan (EMP). This full time role requires expertise in energy markets, analytics, and building conservation to foster energy efficiency. You will engage with Facility Managers and contractors to drive project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize buildings for energy audits
• Conduct detailed energy analysis of utility data
• Develop scopes for energy audits and efficiency measures
• Direct consultants through audits and retrofitting processes
• Facilitate tenant communication on energy-saving initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management
• Skilled Engineer Designation required
• Proficiency in energy financial modeling
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
