Key Responsibilities:



• Lead strategic planning for CFS and PDD sectors • Manage daily operations with a significant budget efficiently • Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners • Prioritize accreditation and compliance across services • Cultivate leadership capacity within the organization

Requirements: • Degree in business or human services; master’s preferred • Minimum seven years of leadership in social services • Extensive experience in strategic program development • Solid knowledge of Alberta’s service sectors • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
