This is a leadership-track position for a licensed Engineer (P.Eng.) with a strong background in railway systems. You will manage complex projects including bridge rehabilitations and grade separations, working directly with railway stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead design and review for bridge rehabilitations and grade crossings • Direct interface with railway stakeholders for project success • Oversee QA/QC on technical deliverables and project outputs • Provide mentoring support to junior engineering staff • Independently lead projects and complete in office reviews

Requirements: • Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario with multi-province licensing capabilities • 8+ years of relevant railway design experience • Solid knowledge of railway bridge agreements and standards • Proven ability to review third-party designs independently • Experience with freight operators is preferred
