Lead the service team at ENERCON in Bible Hill, NS, as a Service Site Manager. This fully on-site role prioritizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence in wind turbine maintenance.

In this hands-on management position, you will oversee daily operations for a 55-turbine service site, coaching a team of eight technicians. Your focus will include maintaining safety standards, enhancing team capabilities, and fostering cooperative work culture, while strengthening relationships with site owners and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide leadership and guidance to wind turbine technicians • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching conversations • Uphold ENERCON’s Health & Safety program • Supervise daily maintenance for turbine reliability • Coordinate weekly work planning and shift scheduling

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in relevant technical discipline • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in technical teams • Solid electrical/mechanical knowledge; wind turbine experience preferred • Proficient in MS Office and SCADA/ERP platforms • Valid driver’s license and physically fit for in office tasks
