Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support for first level network infrastructure issues
• Triage and resolve user requests per ITIL model




• Maintain and update KBs for incident management
• Collaborate with teams for accurate documentation
• Communicate project requirements with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience with network device support
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN platforms
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
• Industry recognized certification like CCNA or CCENT
