In your role as a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing compassionate assistance to residents, focusing on their emotional and physical needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with grooming, mobility, and daily tasks
• Document care provided and respond to resident requests
• Ensure proper nutrition and hydration according to care plans




• Support recreational activities and social participation
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisory staff
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications
• Proven team-oriented skills in team settings
• Successful Police Information Check required
