Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support instructors and volunteer guides
• Plan residential courses and adventurous activities




• Maintain high standards of safety and risk management
• Oversee equipment and operational systems
• Deliver activities on residential programmes
Requirements:
• Significant experience in outdoor activity leadership
• Relevant technical qualifications and instructional experience
• Experience in managing staff or volunteer teams
• Solid organizational and planning skills
• Full driving license with minibus entitlement
