Reporting directly to the Director of Operational Excellence, you will leverage expertise in process improvement to identify and execute performance enhancement initiatives. Your role entails effective project management and coaching of teams, ensuring project success while fostering team growth. You will influence key stakeholders and align initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pipeline reviews to ensure project alignment with objectives
• Analyze operational processes for safety and quality improvements




• Coach teams in DMAIC methodology for challenging projects
• Create insights through performance management dashboards
• Facilitate Kaizen events and support A3 projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Industrial Engineering preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Understanding of ERP and WMS systems
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
