We are looking for an independent and dedicated individual to assume the Treasurer role, ensuring versatile yet strong leadership focused on Indigenous youth empowerment. Your proven track record in financial oversight and strategic thinking will help maintain fiscal health as you deliver accurate financial reports to the Board and manage audits. You'll play a critical role in advocating for our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial matters and records adherence
• Regularly report on key trends and fiscal health




• Implement and monitor financial controls
• Chair the Audit & Finance committee
• Review and present annual budgets to the Board
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with charities and compliance
• Relevant financial training or CPA designation preferred
• Deep understanding of financial governance
• Commitment to our organization’s vision and values
• Time commitment of 10 hours monthly
