Position: Production Operator

Location: 36 Grant Street, Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0

Hours/Shift: 8.5-hour shift, 40 hours per week, rotational shifts and overtime as required.

Vacancy Type: Replacement

Responsibilities

- Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks, ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and quality standards.
- Follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies.
- Unload and receive bulk ingredients from trucks; accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers.
- Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant, ensuring quality control requirements of ingredients are met at all times.
- Operate the production line, striving to maintain productivity.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

- Experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment.
- Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Regular full‑time shift work ability.
- Capacity to lift 25kg and to bend and twist regularly; occasional requirement to work at heights.
- Valid Class5 license (required)
