About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for its Commercial Infrastructure platform. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's investment strategy within the commercial infrastructure sector, which includes energy transition, trade and transportation, digital infrastructure, and critical minerals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the commercial infrastructure portfolio, proactive origination of investment opportunities, and the execution of complex transactions. This role demands a leader with a solid background in infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, or related fields, and a proven track record of structuring and executing high-risk, equity-like transactions. The EVP will also be accountable for pipeline development, and investment execution,



and will lead a senior team, working closely with peer investment leaders across the company's platforms.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, deep expertise in infrastructure or energy transition, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment. They must balance commercial discipline with public policy objectives, and be adept at managing elevated risk profiles. A strategic and commercially astute leader, the EVP will be expected to represent the portfolio at the Executive Committee and Board levels, and to ensure that the company's investments align with its mission of generating both financial returns and meaningful public benefits.
