Lead a dynamic team on our Calgary production floor as a Production Supervisor. This hands-on role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality chemical products.
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee approximately 13 operators in a quick-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for driving productivity while fostering a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your leadership will entail coaching team members, planning production assignments, and solving complex operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor, manage, and develop a team of production operators
• Plan and delegate daily production tasks efficiently
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies




• Champion safety and enforce company compliance measures
• Maintain accurate production records and perform data entry
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Experience with ISO, OSHA, and WHMIS regulations
• High School Diploma; post-secondary certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6 hours
