DUCA is seeking a passionate candidate for the Member Service Representative role. This part time position focuses on providing outstanding service to Members while helping them explore banking opportunities. Ideal candidates are organized, driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills to connect with Members effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide superior service at front counter and via phone
• Promote DUCA’s services and facilitate account openings
• Make outbound calls for service follow-ups and appointments
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers,



and routine transactions
• Uncover Members’ financial needs through engaging conversations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Two years' customer service experience; bank/credit union preferred
• Experience handling cash and financial transactions
• Strong knowledge of computer systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
