About the Role

The Company is in search of an Indigenous Member to join its Advisory Board. The successful candidate will be an experienced Indigenous Advisor, bringing a robust Inuit perspective and deep community involvement, particularly in the context of the company's initiatives in real estate, housing development, land management, and investment opportunities. The role involves providing strategic guidance, managing relationships, and offering community-based support to ensure that the company's activities are in alignment with Indigenous values, priorities, and interests. The Advisor will also be instrumental in advancing economic development,



community prosperity, and sustainable growth.

Applicants for this part-time role should have significant lived experience in the north, with a focus on Nunavut, and a proven track record of fostering relationships and partnerships within the community. Responsibilities include serving as an advisor to the Board and leadership team, assessing risks, and supporting the successful execution of the company's initiatives. The position requires a commitment to quarterly meetings and availability for ad hoc discussions with the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a trusted and respected member of the Indigenous community, capable of effectively representing and advocating for the interests of the people and the land.
