• Manage quality escapes through effective team leadership
• Drive timely Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA)
• Analyze data to identify systemic issues in products




• Lead quality initiatives to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality
• Engage and collaborate with suppliers on quality improvements
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or related field
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of aeronautical repair processes
• Experience in aftermarket aeronautics is beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English and French
