Tasked with leading a successful athletic program, you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of student-athletes while ensuring compliance with NAIA and AMC standards. Your role includes planning practices, strategizing for competitions, and maintaining communication with various departments. Your leadership will cultivate teamwork and integrity among student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the intercollegiate athletics program organization
• Direct the recruiting process and student-athlete engagement
• Schedule competitions and travel arrangements




• Establish practice plans and competition strategies
• Foster collaboration with college staff and departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and two years coaching experience
• Understanding of NCAA regulations and policies
• Competent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Dedication to student-athlete success and development
• Missouri driver’s license required for travel
