The Cumming School of Medicine is hiring a Senior Application Developer in the Department of Undergraduate Medical Education. This full time, fixed-term role emphasizes the development and maintenance of educational platforms.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Academic Technologies and contribute significantly to the enhancement and support of platforms such as OSLER (Elentra) and Vera. Your work will include implementing user feedback, generating crucial reports, and ensuring compliance in payment processes, all while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop features for curriculum evaluation and assessment
• Maintain existing functionalities based on academic needs
• Assist in financial and administrative reporting tasks




• Enhance preceptor payment eligibility systems
• Create and manage SharePoint sites and workflows
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of application development experience
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with relational databases—including MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Solid communication skills for collaboration with teams
