This position reports to the Manager, Payroll, and Benefits and emphasizes data integrity and process improvement. The ideal candidate will analyze and manage benefits programs while ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll also play a key role in communicating complex information clearly and supporting recent hires with benefits-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer employee advantages programs and manage enrollments • Ensure compliance of benefits with laws and regulations • Communicate effectively about benefits programs to employees • Verify and validate compensation-related data integrity • Conduct compensation analyses and track incentive files

Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP • Knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts • Bilingual in English and French required • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to produce intermediate data analyses
