Our client seeks a hands-on finance leader with extensive experience in FP&A;, budgeting, and audits. This role entails overseeing financial reporting across multiple entities, supporting investment finance activities, and leading finance teams through a crucial transition period. A CPA designation and experience in complex organizational environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead financial reporting and compliance activities across business entities • Oversee consolidations and technical accounting matters • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Monitor accounting standards and their impact on reporting • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements: • CPA or equivalent skilled qualification • 8+ years in progressive finance roles • Solid FP&A; and financial reporting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Experience in multi-entity settings preferred
