As an Instructional Designer for NWC, you will assess skill gaps and design in-house learning initiatives. Your role includes collaborating with experts to create effective training materials and maintaining courses on the LMS. You will be pivotal in enhancing the capabilities of employees across multiple banners.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning requirements • Design and develop learning programs and resources • Collaborate with subject matter experts on training material • Upload and maintain internal and external courses in LMS • Assess delivery of training solutions beyond LMS

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience • Certificate in Adult Education or related field preferred • Proficiency in Adobe suite and Articulate 360 • Solid written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel to remote communities as needed
