Key Responsibilities:



• Define project scope and alternatives in initial phases • Facilitate departmental planning sessions for project input • Create unclassified estimates and associated risk evaluations • Provide guidance to Expansion Projects on cost estimation • Utilize PDRI to assess completeness of scope definitions

Requirements: • Engineering degree and P.Eng designation required • 10+ years experience in pipeline design and construction • Familiarity with Canadian pipeline regulations • Knowledge of AACE and PMI project management practices • Proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling tasks
