This role requires a keen understanding of complex financial situations associated with high-net-worth and self-employed borrowers. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth underwriting process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite complex mortgage applications efficiently • Review supporting documents and appraisals thoroughly • Keep organized and comprehensive loan files • Work with advisors to resolve underwriting challenges • Deliver top-tier support to Mortgage Advisors and clients
Requirements: • At least 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience • Expertise in high-net-worth and BFS borrower profiles • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities • Passion for transforming the customer experience • Bilingual skills are advantageous for Quebec clients
