In this position, reporting to the Executive Manager, you will oversee capital projects and ensure that both staff and students' needs are met. You will also manage databases including ECIS and eBase, all while maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project management and administration for capital projects
• Maintain space and ECIS databases for the board
• Assist in facilities and project planning duties




• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Supervise and support staff throughout project execution
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in construction
• Knowledge of building systems and design development
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
