In this full time position, you will implement strategic planning frameworks and prioritize initiatives that align with AGCO’s mission. Your extensive experience in data analysis and foresight methodologies will be crucial in identifying prospects and mitigating risks, while fostering key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of strategic planning frameworks • Conduct horizon scanning and trend assessments • Facilitate divisional business planning processes • Establish performance accountability metrics and reports • Oversee implementation and monitor strategic initiatives
Requirements: • Public Policy degree or related qualifications • Minimum of 5–8 years in strategic planning contexts • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement • Advanced analytical and reporting skills • Capacity to navigate organizational dynamics
