You will work to establish a culture of equity and inclusion through effective partnerships, supporting over 4,500 undergraduate students in their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement workflow for a dedicated staff team
• Provide direct WIL support to faculty and community partners
• Develop initiatives to advance WIL program objectives




• Oversee the implementation of new business processes
• Track program metrics for continuous service improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Minimum five years in a WIL workplace
• Experience supervising staff in a unionized setting
• Commitment to equity and inclusive practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
