Job Responsibilities:
Upgrade Systems
Handle Recent API Plugins
Upgrade all software
Must have experience working with Blackboard LMS
Must understand the full back end of Blackboard
Know how to tap into the system properly
Valuable understanding of how to tie into the CRM system (mutli-system)
