This permanent position reports to the Human Resources Director and Manager of Health & Safety. You will coordinate disability management programs, monitor trends in employee health, and manage the district's wellness initiatives. As a crucial part of the HR team, your role helps ensure a secure and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate disability management and employee wellness programs
• Manage health and safety committee activities
• Develop HR metric reports and analyze trends
• Oversee wellness communications and employee engagement
• Facilitate Current Employee Orientation and H&S; training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or HR Management
• Three years of experience in similar roles
• CRSP designation preferred or in progress
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
