Cementation seeks a Superintendent of Health, Safety, Workplace & Training in North Bay/Sudbury, ON, to enhance safety practices and compliance in the mining sector. Lead initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to critical controls every site visit.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, this senior position emphasizes field leadership within cementation's projects. The role demands extensive experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and training delivery. You will champion the Cementation Safety Management System (CSMS), focusing on eliminating responsible injuries across multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide robust,



visible leadership in the field • Facilitate Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses • Support training programs and auditing compliance • Conduct safety inspections and critical control checks • Mentor site teams on safety culture and practices

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in health, safety, and training roles • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety • Experience with training program implementation • Valid driver's license and clean record • Train the Trainer certified
