Lead pivotal projects in a part-time role with HealthHub, from August 2026 to December 2026. This remote position requires solid project management skills and collaboration with diverse teams.

This is a part time contract for a Project Manager reporting to the COO. You will oversee multiple projects and ensure effective execution, communication, and task tracking. Candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area are preferred, with occasional visits to the Mississauga office required for project updates.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide cross-functional project leadership on multiple projects • Develop and execute detailed project plans and updates • Manage inventory processes and organizational practices • Lead weekly project updates and track action items • Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements: • PMP designation preferred • 7+ years of relevant experience • Solid technical acumen in deployment projects • Bilingual in French and English is an asset • Expert skills in MS Office, especially Excel
