Senior Superintendent

to join their growing team and take on a Seniors housing project currently underway in the Oakville area.

As the successful candidate, youll step into a leadership role with a respected Construction Management firm known for delivering sophisticated new-build and addition/renovation projects valued between

$50M and $100M .

You’ll initially take over a project already underway with the potential for future work in Southern Ontario.

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

Demonstrated experience working for a residential developer or Construction Management firm

Experience delivering condominium, purpose-built rental or seniors housing projects

Full-cycle project experience from excavation through occupancy

Robust planning, sequencing and scheduling expertise

Proven ability to successfully coordinate consultants, trades, owners and project stakeholders

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A motivated, hands-on leadership style with the drive to succeed

A passion for mentoring junior team members and developing high-performing site teams

About the Job

Salary:

$150,000 to $180,000
