These full time positions involve preparing, administering, and maintaining commercial contracts, alongside advising on contract-related inquiries. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain commercial contracts for ICBC
• Advise on contracts in a clear and knowledgeable manner
• Draft contracts using established precedents and templates




• Manage contract intake and assign files to solicitors
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or memoranda
Requirements:
• Paralegal certificate, diploma, or degree required
• Extensive experience in contract drafting and advising
• Familiarity with information technology and privacy agreements
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in corporate matters is a plus
