This Manager role plays a vital part in the Personal Insurance Portfolio Management team at Definity, reporting to the VP of Operational & Financial Planning. You will oversee analytical efforts, ensuring quality insights that empower decision-making for Regional Portfolio Directors. Your role will combine analytical excellence with leadership as you build a center of excellence for analytical talent and facilitate workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee portfolio target setting with profitability and risk metrics • Direct scenario analysis and testing for actionable insights • Manage deep-dive analytical projects identifying performance trends • Ensure quality and consistency of analytical outputs across projects • Lead a high-performing analytical team through coaching and development

Requirements: • University degree in related fields, 7+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience in leading analytical teams and projects • Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance metrics and drivers • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to present complex analyses as explicit recommendations
