This leadership role within the J&J; Orthopaedics DePuy Synthes team is focused on developing and executing the Health Economics Market Access strategy for Canada. You'll engage with various stakeholders to improve patient access to advanced orthopaedic solutions while fostering solid partnerships with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Canada’s HEMA strategy aligned with global objectives
• Lead reimbursement and funding strategies across care settings
• Drive generation of clinical and economic evidence for decision-making




• Translate evidence into compelling value propositions for stakeholders
• Monitor execution against HEMA priorities and objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years in market access or health economics
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian healthcare and HTA
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrix setting
• Up to 20% travel may be required
