Responsibilities
Engage with company-provided warm leads (no cold calling required)
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Provide clear and accurate information regarding policy options
Process applications and maintain ongoing client communication
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications
Licensed insurance professionals (Willing to obtain or transfer)




Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required
Entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Must have access to a computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
