Securicare is looking for a Patient Watch Attendant to join its team in Gibsons & Sechelt. Your responsibilities will include continuous observation, facilitating patient comfort, and notifying healthcare staff of changes. Effective communication will be key to creating a secure and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients in need of constant supervision
• Report any changes in patient behavior or condition
• Assist patients with mobility and comfort as directed
• Maintain respectful communication with patients at all times




• Document observations accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Valid Basic First Aid Certification (OFA 1) required
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is a plus
• Experience in healthcare assistance or security positions
• Robust problem-solving and observation skills
• Ability to accommodate adaptable scheduling, including weekends
