We are seeking skilled Plumbing Foremen to oversee commercial plumbing operations. This leadership role involves supervising crews, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining safety protocols. You will lead projects, including retrofitting hydronic systems and gas distribution, while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on job sites
• Interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications
• Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform retrofits on hydronic systems and heat pumps
• Coordinate with subcontractors and enforce safety policies
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification in Plumbing or Steamfitting
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing prime contractor projects
• Valid AB Driver’s License and clean record
• Robust communication and organizational skills
