The Link is seeking a Full time Healing Home Supervisor to foster community resilience among youth. This position emphasizes trauma-informed care through leadership and collaboration.
In this pivotal role, the Healing Home Supervisor will drive operational success while nurturing a supportive workplace for both staff and youth. You will promote culturally safe practices, mentor team members, and align strategies with The Link's mission. This position is integral in ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement program strategies and plans
• Supervise staff and ensure program compliance
• Handle sensitive information and manage confidentiality




• Network with community resources for program growth
• Participate in training and meetings as required
Requirements:
• Five years of leadership experience in a supportive role
• Post-secondary education or related experience
• Understanding of issues affecting Indigenous communities
• Robust analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle required
Support youth development and promote healing as a Healing Home Supervisor at The Link.
