Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support in French through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Document all interactions and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system.




Work closely with team members to continually improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
