Role: Lead MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer

Location: Remote, Canada

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities
Provide platform support for MuleSoft integrations and Spring Boot APIs.
Perform code-level analysis and log analysis to troubleshoot issues.
Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently.
Monitor application health using tools such as Sumo Logic and New Relic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Participate in on-call support rotation, including weekdays and weekends, to maintain high availability.
Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for continuous improvement.





Technical Skills & Expertise
Robust experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Spring Boot.
Proficiency in code-level debugging and log analysis.
Familiarity with monitoring tools: Sumo Logic, New Relic.
Valuable understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, OIDC).
Knowledge of integration patterns and API lifecycle management.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.
