• Supervise On-Call Intake employees during shifts • Manage documentation of community service requests • Provide direction for coordination of MDK services • Ensure compliance with KIDO policies and procedures • Collaborate with Emergency Services Unit Team as needed

Requirements: • 5+ years in a supervisory role preferred • Familiarity with child and family services required • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of KI culture and history • Criminal Record Check and travel readiness required
