CGC Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Technician - Millwright. You will primarily work day shifts while being adaptable for evening or weekend duties as needed. Your expertise will support routine checks, maintenance on critical plant equipment, and address mechanical failures effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance on crushers, conveyors,
and pumps • Collaborate with the team to install and upgrade machinery • Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment checks • Address mechanical failures to reduce downtime • Support company diversity and safety initiatives
Requirements: • 3+ years of relevant work experience in maintenance • Proven mechanical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals • Familiarity with crushing/milling processes is a plus • Proficient in maintenance software and digital tools
