The Rail Service Design Team at Metrolinx seeks a dedicated Rail Performance Management Analyst. You will provide specialized analysis and coordination supporting GO Transit’s rail system. Your role will involve operational planning, forecasting activities, and stakeholder collaboration to improve service delivery and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service effectiveness through detailed data analysis • Maintain and operate rail scheduling software systems • Recommend improvements for special services and events • Develop operational parameters for current and modified services • Collaborate on assessments of ridership and scheduling impacts
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years post-secondary education in relevant fields • 5 years of related experience in commuter rail operations • Knowledge of Canadian Railway Operating Rules is an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management • Solid written and verbal communication skills
