You'll analyze and manage a diverse portfolio, mentor junior staff, and maintain solid inter-department relationships. Requirements: • University or College degree • CIP designation required, CRM or FCIP as an asset • Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience • Strong communication skills for collaboration • Ability to manage relationships effectively
